As 2016 draws to a close, we have been reflecting on the many goings on at Philharmonic AV and within the AV industry. For both, this year has seen great change and we are excited to share this with you in this two-part newsletter.
Firstly to our most exciting news: we are launching a reward scheme for the many wonderful referrals we receive. As a 'Thank You' for your willingness to spread the word about Philharmonic AV to your friends and colleagues, you will receive a 100 GBP Amazon gift card! Perhaps to buy the Amazon Echo we're sure many of you will have your eye on...? Word-of-mouth continues to be a fantastic resource for our business and we believe our advocates deserve to be rewarded. If you'd like to know more about our reward scheme, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Now from promotion to processes, over the last year the team have been working hard to establish and refine the processes and documents that make up the workflow of our projects. You may have read about these efforts in our blog post, but for those of you who aren't familiar, our workflow is a set of tasks and procedures that ensure we consistently deliver the same exceptional experience on each project, irrespective of their bespoke nature. You will be staggered to hear that the number of tasks in the whole workflow is 417! Of course, not all tasks are required on each project but it demonstrates the mammoth task we undertook to ensure a consistent exceptional service. Much to the team's excitement, we are finally approaching the light at the end of the tunnel after many months of hard work.
Finally, we are relocating! While the vast majority of our work is conducted in central London, and our engineers have been hired within the London area, we have historically had our operations base in Kent. With our company's growth in recent years and our plans to expand further, specifically in our Project Management and Sales departments, we are happy to announce we are moving to High Wycombe in January. Although there is a lot of work to be done, the team and I are very much looking forward to this new era.
Stay tuned next month for our thoughts on the current landscape of the AV market and our predictions for 2017 but, if you can't wait that long, why not take a look at the news section of our website?
From all the team at Philharmonic AV, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!
